I am so excited about this adventure. It is definitely something that ignites the fire inside me. I am so passionate about becoming the best version of myself through health, fitness, love, relationships, and happiness. I am a NASM Certified personal trainer in Leawood, KS, and I have been training clients as my full time job for 6 years now! This blog is totally a personal passion project for me. It has pushed me to get outside of my comfort zone, and expand my knowledge on topics I love. 

Some other things I love... 

Manicures- my nails are ALWAYS DONE! I don't get dressed up for work, so having my nails done make me feel like I've got my shit together most days. 

Coffee- Any flavor, any temperature. Buy me coffee, let me buy you coffee. 

Travel- I did not travel growing up, so I'm trying to make up for lost times. I ALWAYS have a trip on the books. If you're going on a badass trip, count me in! Have any MUST SEE places? Tell me! 

Hot Yoga- I started with it being a chore, just to prevent injury. Now my mind.body, and soul craves it, and I go as frequently as possible. 

Wine- Red. ALL DAY. 

The older I get, the weirder and more fun life gets. I am hoping to inspire all you weirdos to be the best versions of yourselves also, whatever that might be!

I'm new to the health and fitness world but I am so excited to learn how to become the healthiest and happiest version of myself and i'm very inspired to learn all there is to know!

While I love everything in the creative world, including photography, design, and art, woodworking has been my biggest passion lately and I'm enjoying teaching myself so much. 

I'm a dog mom! Aspen, my sweet 10 year old pup is my life.

I love traveling. I would spend my life split between the southwest desert and the pacific north west 24/7 if I could. Hiking is my favorite activity, and I even moved to Washington for a while to be around the mountains.

Although I'm at what i'd consider the beginning of this journey, I can't wait to learn more and see how my mind, body, and health transform. I'm a pretty introverted person who likes to stay in my comfort zone so I believe this will help me in more than one way, as I push myself (with the help of Kali) to become my best self.
