Greek Yogurt Aioli - Honey Sriracha

Today I’m sharing with you what in my house we call “Everything sauce” because it seems to make everything taste better, especially baked chicken or veggies. It’s a perfect mix of creamy and spicy, but light enough so it’s not overbearing. We eat so much of it we actually put a huge batch in an empty Sriracha bottle to keep it handy.
The best part of this aioli, aside from how easy it is to make, is how guilt free it is. Since it’s made with greek yogurt, it would only be around 150 calories even if you ate the whole batch in one sitting. Since you would normally eat about two tablespoons at a time, it’s basically nothing calorie-wise.
1c Greek Yogurt
2-4 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp Honey
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
Dash of Salt and Pepper to taste
Just mix it all together… and you’re done!
I personally use 3 Tbsp of sriracha but I like things pretty spicy. I would recommend starting off with 2 if you’re not sure how spicy you want it.
My favorite way to eat this is on a toasted chicken sandwich. All I do is toast some Ezekiel bread, mash half an avocado, add a TON of this aioli, and shredded chicken. Since creating this sauce I’d say I’ve eaten this sandwich almost everyday.
I struggle eating as many veggies as I should (like, will I EVER be one of those people who actually enjoy them??) but now all I do is dip some baby carrots or broccoli in this sauce and it helps so much.
